REGISTRATION PERIOD:
From 1 July 2025 to 1 July 2026
(or when maximum number of 100 VEHICLES is reached)
To validate the registration you need to transfer
the Down-Payment of 950 Euro.
The rest of the Raid Cost you can transfer it until 1 July 2026.
FIRST RATE for Moto
2450 Euro
From 1 July 2025 to 31 October 2025
SECOND RATE for Moto
2850 Euro
From 1 November 2025 to 28 February 2026
THIRD RATE for Moto
3350 Euro
From 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026
CANCELLATION POLICY
To validate your Registration you have to make the Down-Payment of 950 euro.
This Down-Payment in NON Refundable.
The rest of the amount in full refundable until 31 March 2026.
For cancellations after 1 April 2026, there is no refund.

- HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR EIGHT NIGHTS.
- CONFIGURATION IN TWO PEOPLE PER ROOM.
- BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER.
- GPS WAYPOINTS, TRACK LOADING AND ROADBOOK.
- TRANSPORT OF DAMAGED VEHICLE TO NEXT BIVOUAC.
- MEDICAL SERVICE.
- FERRY TICKET "BRINDISI - IGOUMENITSA".
- TRANSPORT OF LUGGAGES FROM BIVOUAC TO BIVOUAC.
- CUSTODITED PARKING SPACE.
- ELECTRICITY AND LIGHTING IN PARKING.
IN THE PRICES ARE NOT INCLUDED:
- TRANSPORT FROM YOUR HOME TO THE START IN BARI.
- TRANSPORT FROM THE FINISH IN BURGAS BACK HOME.
- PERSONAL HEALTH INSURANCE.
- DAMIGED VEHICLE TRANSPORT MORE THAN TO NEXT BIVOUAC.
- FUEL DURING THE RIDE.
- MECHANICAL PERSONAL SERVICE.
- DRINKS.
- EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT WRITTEN IN "INCLUDED".
SATELLITE TRACKING SYSTEM
Illyria Raid 2026 for additional safety will use Double DEVICE Tracking System.
Satellite/Satellite for medical emergency and Satellite/GPRS for instant tracking.
To start Illyria Raid 2026 this service is obligatory.
The cost of the service is 120 euro for the entire Raid days.
